    • Support post-election local-level development planning in selected districts and wards

    • Undertake analysis of Sierra Leone’s readiness for the SDGs
    • Produce thematic policy briefs on the implementation of the SDGs

    • Undertake lesson learning exercise on Ebola to inform the recovery process
    • Produce analytical monitoring reports on four recovery projects in education and health
    • Produce monitoring reports on two social protection projects
